Results and live views
What each part of the event list and an event’s Results, Live feed, Clubs and Splits views shows. The Aftershow has its own page, Aftershow.
Event list
Section titled “Event list”
| Tab | Holds |
|---|---|
| My events | The races you ran: those whose results carry your registration number, and those you connected an activity to. Logged out, it offers Log in and Create account instead. |
| All events | Every published event, past and upcoming, newest first. Logged in, it also holds the events not listed publicly that you can open. |
| Organizing | The events you can edit, upcoming included. Create event is here. Logged out, it offers Log in and Create account instead. |
| Home page Live, Recent, Upcoming | Events of today, of the last 7 days and of the next 3 days. |
The top-bar Events link opens one page with the three lists as tabs: on My events when you are logged in, on All events when you are not. On a phone the tabs read Mine, All and Organizing. Every list is grouped by day.
| Filter (on all three tabs) | Does |
|---|---|
| Search events… | Matches the event’s name, place, organizer and date, written as the day’s heading writes it (25 september) or as 25/09. Starts empty each time you open a tab. |
| All countries | Offers only the countries of events in the list. Your browser remembers the choice. |
| Filter by org | Shows only events of the organizations you pick among your own. Logged in only; your browser remembers the choice. |
On a phone or tablet the country and organization filters sit behind the filter button beside the search box; a number on the button counts the filters in use.
No events match your filters can come from a country or organization your browser remembered from an earlier visit. Clear filters resets the search, the country and the organization.
Rows are grouped under a heading per day: Yesterday, In 3 days and so on within a week of today, the date further out. On All events and Organizing the heading of the day you are scrolling through stays pinned under the top bar.
All events opens on today: the upcoming events fold behind an Upcoming row at the top of the list, such as Upcoming · 12 events. Select Show to list them under it and Hide to fold them again. While a search or filter is on, every match shows and the row is gone. The list opens folded on every visit.
Signed in, a race your activity is connected to has a blue bar down the left edge of its row, on every list. Its Splits and Aftershow open the class your track is in.
Each row states where the event’s three views stand: Results, Splits and Aftershow, coloured by state. Blue opens the view, green is a race running now, orange opens later, grey has nothing to open yet.
On a wide screen, the three sit in one strip at the end of the row, each the view’s name over its state; select one to open that view. On a phone or tablet, the row shows the three views’ icons instead: a trophy for Results, a grid for Splits and a route for Aftershow, with the key above the list, on the right. The Results state starts the row’s second line. Tapping the row opens a sheet with one line per view, its state spelled out (such as Opens at 20:00, in 3 h), that opens the view, and Manage event on an event you can edit.
A lock beside a view’s name (on a phone, a dashed outline round its icon, and not public yet in the sheet) marks a view the public cannot open yet; you can, because you organize the event or were given access. The state still says what is in the view: a locked Results reading Finished means the results are in but not public. An orange Aftershow reading at 20:00 carries no lock: the Aftershow goes public then, and if you organize the event you can open it already.
| Region | State | Means |
|---|---|---|
| Results | Start list | The start list is loaded; no result or punch has arrived yet. |
| Live (pulsing dot) | Results or punches have arrived and the event’s end time has not passed. | |
| Finished | Results or punches have arrived and the event’s end time has passed. | |
| Empty | The organizer has not uploaded a start list or results yet. | |
| Splits | Available | The split table has times, from the result list or from the tracked runners’ GPS. See Splits. |
| at 20:00, on 7 Aug | Splits open at that time (today) or on that day. Nothing to open until then. | |
| Not public | The organizer has not published Splits or scheduled them. | |
| Empty | No split times yet: no result list with split times and no tracked runner on a course. | |
| Aftershow | Replay | The Aftershow is open; the region opens it. |
| at 20:00, on 7 Aug | The Aftershow opens at that time (today) or on that day. Nothing to open until then. | |
| Not public | The organizer has not published the Aftershow or scheduled it. | |
| Empty | Nobody is in the Aftershow yet (no connected run, no assigned tracker), so there is nothing to watch. The region does not open, for organizers and invited viewers too. | |
| Manage (Organizing) | Edit (a pencil on a phone) | You can edit the event; the region opens its editor. |
My events shows each event once, however many runs you have there. Results and Splits open on your class and Aftershow on the class your track is in. A run on an event whose results you cannot open yet, but whose Splits or Aftershow you can, shows your class without a time or place. On a race with your activity connected, the second line starts with the activity’s name in blue, followed by +1 when you have another activity on the event. Select the name to open the Aftershow. An activity named the same as your entry in the start list is left out, and the blue bar alone marks the race; +1 stays as the link when you have another activity there. The rest of the line is your race: your class, your result (time, position, gap behind the winner), and the length of your track (the course’s when no activity is connected).
Opening an event lands on the first of Results, Splits and Aftershow that has something in it and that you can open. An event tracked only by GPS, with no start list, opens on its Aftershow.
In the event’s own menu, Splits sits between Clubs and Aftershow. A gray row is a view you cannot open, and it does not open:
- Empty: nothing is in the view yet. Results, Live feed and Clubs are empty without a start list, so a training tracked only by GPS shows them gray. This holds for organizers and invited viewers too.
- Not public or an opening time such as at 20:00: the view has something in it, but the public cannot open it yet. An empty view with an opening time shows the time too.
The same Not public or time on a row in normal color marks a view you can open because you organize the event or were given access, while the public cannot. The labels beside Aftershow are under Access on the Aftershow page. The organizer decides what the public can open; see Choose what the public can see on the Control who sees your event page.
Results
Section titled “Results”
Results shows one class at a time. On a narrow screen, the button with the class name at the bottom right opens the class list. In a relay, pick the class, then the leg number under it, or select the arrows either side of the leg number in the class heading to open the previous or next leg. While the event is live, a class or leg that nobody has started yet is grey in the class list; you can still open it.
While the event’s Aftershow is public or scheduled, a line at the bottom of the class list invites you to Sign up (logged out) or Pair your watch (logged in, no watch connected); select ✕ to hide it on every event. See Sign-up prompt.
| Column | Holds |
|---|---|
| # | The place in the class. A star instead of a place marks a class run without timing, which shows no finish time. In a relay leg, a green up or red down arrow with a number shows the places the team gained or lost against the previous leg. |
| Name, Club | The runner, and their club or relay team. Selecting the club opens it in Clubs. Logged in, the club or team name of your club’s runners is marked in blue. |
| Bib | The bib number. Shown only when a runner of the class has one. |
| Start | The start time, in the event’s time zone. On a relay leg after the first, the takeover: the team’s time since its start, its place then and its gap to the first team. — until the takeover; R and the clock time after a mass restart. |
| One per online control | The split at that control. See Live splits. |
| Finish | The finish time and the status badge, as listed under Status badges. The header counts the runners who have finished or been given a status other than OK, out of all runners in the class (4/5). |
When the table does not fit the screen, one Name / Bib Club column replaces the name, bib and club columns.
A yellow row has a punch from the last 2 minutes; that punch’s time is bold.
| Message | Means |
|---|---|
| Start list not yet published | The event has no classes or runners yet. |
| This class has no runners | The class exists but nobody is entered in it. |
Status badges
Section titled “Status badges”A badge in the Finish cell gives the runner’s status: green for OK, red for the rest. A runner without one of these statuses, such as one still on the course, has no badge. A runner with a red badge gets no place.
| Badge | Means |
|---|---|
OK |
Valid run |
MP |
Missing punch |
DSQ |
Disqualified |
DNF |
Did not finish |
DNS |
Did not start, or did not enter |
NC |

Live splits
Section titled “Live splits”The control columns are the controls the organizer selected as online controls, plus the finish; the other controls of the course have no column. See Select the online controls on the Set up online controls page.
| Part | Shows |
|---|---|
| Column header | The control’s name, else its distance into the course (2.3km), else its code. A code the course visits twice carries a small number for the visit. Hover a name or distance to see the code. |
| Top line of a cell | The time from the runner’s start to that punch, and in parentheses their place at that control. In a relay, the time runs from the team’s first-leg start. |
| Bottom line of a cell | The gap to the fastest runner at that control; the fastest shows +0:00 once someone slower has punched. |
| Gray time in the next cell | While the race runs, the runner’s time so far, in the column of the control they are heading for. |
Selecting a control’s header orders the class by place at that control, and an arrow marks the header. Finish orders by finish place, without an arrow. Select the same header again to go back to the class order.
Live feed
Section titled “Live feed”
Live feed shows every class at once, one row per runner, with the latest punch on top.
| Column | Holds |
|---|---|
| Punch time | The time of day of the runner’s latest punch, in the event’s time zone. A colored bar marks it for 30 seconds. |
| Class | The runner’s class, and leg in a relay. Selecting it opens that class in Results. |
| Name, Club, Bib | As in Results. |
| One per online control | Every online control of the classes shown. Selecting a code filters the feed to that control. |
| Finish | The finish time and the status badge, as listed under Status badges. Selecting it filters the feed to finishes. |
| Cell | Means |
|---|---|
| Time (place) | The time from the runner’s own start, and their place at that control. In a relay, the time runs from the team’s first-leg start, as in Live splits. (—) replaces the place for a runner whose status is not OK. |
+ gap |
Behind the fastest runner at that control. |
- gap |
The runner is fastest there; the gap is their lead over the second. |
| Bold time | The runner is fourth to sixth at that control. |
| Faded cell | An earlier punch of the runner. |
| Filter | Does |
|---|---|
| Search | Matches the runner’s name, club or team. On a narrow screen, the gear button at the right edge opens the filters. |
| Club | Shows only runners of the club you pick; the × removes it. Logged in, your clubs are listed first, here and in Clubs. |
| Class | Shows only the classes you pick. |
| Controls | Shows only runners who punched one of the picked controls, and hides the other control columns; FINISH stands for the finish. |
| Clear filters | Removes all four. |
The filters are part of the address, so a copied link opens the feed filtered the same way, and they are still set when you come back from Results or Clubs. The feed shows 100 runners; load more adds the next 100. If it shows No results for this filter, no runner matches; Clear filters removes them.

Clubs lists the runners of the club picked in Club. If the link names no club, Clubs opens the first of: the club Live feed is filtered to, the club you last picked in this event, the one you last picked in any event, your club, the first in the list.
Names open Results:
| Select | Opens |
|---|---|
| A class or a runner in an individual race | The class. |
| A runner or a leg number in a relay | That leg. |
| A relay class | The class at the furthest leg any runner has started. |
| A relay team | The class at the furthest leg that team has started. |
In an individual race, Finish holds the finish time and place, over the gap to the winner, and the status badge. While the runner is still out, the running clock is gray, and under it the runner’s time, place and gap at the last online control they punched, such as 13:00 (2) +1:00. Before the first one, only the clock shows, with the gap once it passes the winning time.
In a relay, each team lists its legs in order, under the team’s bib in brackets and its name:
| Column | Holds |
|---|---|
| Leg time | The runner’s own leg: its time, its place among the teams still in the race, and the gap to the fastest leg. |
| Team time | The team’s time after this leg, its place, and the gap to the first team. While the runner is still out, the running clock is gray, and under it the team’s time, place and gap at the last online control the runner punched, such as 90:35 (4) +1:05. Before the first one, only the clock shows. |
| Diff | The places the team gained (green) or lost (red) on this leg. |
Splits
Section titled “Splits”Splits shows one class at a time as a split table: a row per runner, a column per numbered control of the class’s course, and the finish. Pick the class as in Results; switching between Results and Splits keeps the class. In a relay, each leg is its own table, timed from that runner’s start. A class with no course or no split times yet is grey in the class list.
The course length and climb sit on the right of the class name, as on Results. A line under the name says where the times come from:
| Line | Times from |
|---|---|
| Splits from the official results | The split times in the result list. Only the runners in the result list are rows. |
| Splits from GPS tracks, ± a few seconds | The tracked runners’ GPS at each control, while no result list with split times has arrived. The first result list with split times turns the class to the official results, and tracked runners outside it leave the table. |
| Column | Holds |
|---|---|
| # | The place in the class. A runner with a status other than OK shows the status instead, such as MP. |
| Name, Club | As in Results. One Name / Club column replaces them when the table does not fit the screen. |
| Time | The total time and place, over the gap to the winner. Shown before the controls and again after Finish. |
1 (31), 2 (45) … Finish |
The control’s number on the course and its code. Under it, the fastest leg into that control. |
| Cell | Means |
|---|---|
| Top line | The leg into that control, and in parentheses its rank on that leg. |
| Bottom line | The time since the start, and in parentheses the position at that control. Empty at the first control, where it equals the leg. |
| Gold, silver, bronze fill | The three fastest on that leg. |
| Red leg time | An estimated mistake: the leg took longer than the runner’s pace on their other legs predicts. The heavier the red, the more time it cost; hover the cell to see the loss, such as Estimated mistake +0:50. Only on legs with at least five ranked runners. |
| no punch at 4 (official results), no crossing at 4 (GPS tracks) | The runner has no time at control 4 (no punch at 4–5: at either). The cell spans those controls and the next one, with the leg from the last control they have a time at. Such a leg is not ranked, and the row shows no positions after it. |
– |
No time at that control or any after it. |
The key under the table repeats the fills and colors. When a long course no longer fits at a readable size, the table scrolls sideways inside its own box, with the place and runner columns pinned; a shade at either edge shows there are more controls that way.
| Message | Means |
|---|---|
| No classes yet | The event has no start list or courses yet. |
| No course uploaded for this class | The class has no course, so the table has no columns. See Upload maps and courses. |
| No split times yet | No result list with split times has arrived, and no tracked runner of the class has crossed the course. |
On a wide screen, a panel at the right edge holds the class list in Results and Splits, the filters in Live feed and the Club picker in Clubs. The arrow on its left edge hides it; the class button (Results, Splits) or the gear button (Live feed, Clubs) at the right edge brings it back.
The panel ends with two buttons, and in Results, Live feed and Splits a switch for club members:
| Tool | Does |
|---|---|
| Presentation mode | Opens a results board for a screen in the arena, in a new browser tab. |
| Open in popup | Opens the current table in a separate window without menus, which keeps updating. |
| Highlight my club | Turns the blue mark on your club’s runners on or off. Shown only when you are a member of a club. On a narrow screen, without the panel, the mark is always on. Presentation mode and popups never show it. |
The presentation board shows runners who have finished, and runners who have punched or are heading for an online control ticked in Presentation settings (the gear icon). Until one has, it reads Waiting for first runners with punches …. Each browser tab keeps its own settings, and closing the tab loses them.
